Fyfe's Well Drilling Ltd. was started in 1970 and incorporated in 1974. It is a family owned busines that employed three sons and gradually took them in as partners as they showed an interest in developing the business further.

Drilling water wells was our primary concern in the begining, then we branched out into pump installations in large and small diameter wells. This led us into water conditioning, engineered septic drain fields, irrigation systems and consulting in all these fields.

During this time specialized drilling tools were developed for our own purposes, and for developing a better product for the customer. Other drilling contractors showed interest in these products, therefore we began to build and sell these tools here in Canada and the U.S.A.

Our motto is CLEAN WATER FOR CANADIANS and we have worked hard to stand by that motto - by building a quality product and standing behind it.

Professional Status

Fyfe's Well Drilling Ltd. currently employs provincially licensed and certified well drillers, BC government certified welders and pump installers, and BC Hydro certified technicians for pump and system wiring. We are fully insured and bonded. To maintain BC Government certification our professional drillers participate in ongoing training in drilling techniques and occupational health and safety. We have both American and Canadian National Well Drilling certification.

We follow BC government regulated guidelines for well construction.

We use state-of-the-industry equipment, materials, procedures, and protocols to ensure hydraulic and hydrological integrity.

For your benefit, we maintain certification with local, provincial, national and international organizations, such as: The US National Groundwater Association, The Canadian National Water Well Drillers' Association, The BC Ground Water Association, and the BC Environmental Health Office.
